Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Nomici AI to request, create, upload, edit, store, share, or distribute:

• Nude, semi-nude, sexually explicit, pornographic, adult, or otherwise NSFW content
• Sexually suggestive content, including undressing, twerking, erotic posing, or sexualized body emphasis
• Sexualized depictions of minors or any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, face swaps, or edits intended to sexualize an identifiable person
• Harassment, hate, violence, illegal activity, self-harm encouragement, or content that violates another person's rights
• Attempts to bypass, disable, test, or evade content safety filters, moderation systems, or platform safeguards

Nomici AI uses prompt screening, provider safeguards, and platform review to reduce abuse of AI generation features.

• Prompts that are denied or flagged by moderation will not be sent to generation models
• Moderation failures may temporarily block generation until the safeguard is available again
• Accounts that repeatedly attempt prohibited generation may lose access to generation features or the service

You are responsible for the prompts, uploaded files, edits, and generated outputs you request or share. You must only submit content that you have the right to use and that complies with applicable law, these Terms, and this policy.
