By accessing or using Nomici AI services at nomici.ai or nomici.cc ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Nomici Intelligent Technology Limited and Shenzhen Nomici Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("Nomici AI", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Nomici AI provides AI-powered tools and companion services including:

• AI content generation (images, videos, and interactive assets)
• AI companion creation and interaction
• Digital pet simulation and care
• Social features and community interactions

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Respect other users and their AI companions
• Not misuse or abuse our AI generation capabilities

You may not use our services to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
• Use our services for commercial purposes without authorization
• Generate nude, semi-nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, adult, or otherwise NSFW content
• Create sexualized minors, non-consensual intimate content, sexual deepfakes, or image edits that undress or sexualize a person
• Use prompts, uploads, or edits that attempt to bypass content safety filters or moderation controls

Nomici AI prohibits NSFW and sexually explicit content generation across text-to-image, image editing, agent, and media workflows. We may refuse prompts, block generation, remove content, suspend access, or report activity where required by law or platform policy.

You retain ownership of your original creative inputs. Nomici AI retains rights to our AI models, algorithms, and platform technology. Generated content may be subject to additional terms.

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Nomici AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
